A space for women tired of holding it all.

If you're tired of holding it all up…

I support women who have been the strong one for too long to understand what's going on with them, stop demanding things from themselves like a machine, and feel like themselves again.
I understand you.

Perhaps you've been taking care of everyone but yourself for too long.

And a time comes when the body, head, and emotions start to take their toll.

You feel more tired. More sensitive. More irritable. Sadder. Or just different. As if you no longer fully recognize yourself.

You've been pulling the wagon for years, holding up the household, emotions, worries, and everyone else's life. And although from the outside it seems like you can handle everything, inside you are exhausted.

You don't have to prove anything here. Just start to to hear you.

Exhaustion

You body It's been warning for a while: insomnia, anxiety, mental fog, fatigue, or the feeling of not being able to get everything done.

Disconnection

You feel lost among responsibilities, demands, and years of caring for everyone but yourself.

Guilt

Even when you try to stop, rest, or think about yourself, that constant feeling of “I should be able to handle everything” appears.

MY WAY OF WORKING

You don't need to do it perfectly. Just stop holding it all by yourself.

Your space

A safe space where you can talk without feeling judged or having to pretend you're okay.

Your body

We work from the body, emotions, and nervous system to get off the mental noise and return to feeling calm.

Tools

Reiki, reflexology, auriculotherapy, aromatherapy, biomagnetism, and other tools tailored to you.

Accompaniment

No empty phrases or spirituality disconnected from real life. From experience, humanity, and with feet on the ground.

Who am I

I don't accompany from a pedestal. I accompany from having been there.

I know what it's like to keep going while you're exhausted on the inside. To feel alone even when you're with people. And to wonder how you got so disconnected from yourself.

My work is born precisely from that: from having experienced burnout, loss of identity, and the need to truly listen to myself again.
